All orders are shipped within five to seven business days by UPS Ground, FedEx or US Priority Mail for domestic orders or by US Mail for international orders. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $249 USD. Should you wish to receive your Diane James design sooner, please contact Customer Service at 877-4DIANEJ (877-434-2635) Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST for shipping options.

Please note that international shipping costs do not include import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Diane James Home has no control over these charges, nor can Diane James Home predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We try our best to ship our designs in a timely manner though on occasion, some stems or containers may be temporarily out-of-stock. If this happens, you will be notified within three business days of any delay associated with your order.

Each and every Diane James design is hand-made to order especially for you. Should you decide to return your purchase for any reason, you may do so within 10 business days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or store credit, less the cost of shipping and handling. If you received an incorrect order or the item is damaged, shipping will be credited. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned.

Items must be packed in the original box with the original packaging materials as damaged returns will not be honored. Please contact us if you plan to return a purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Code. All returns must be shipped insured to the following address:

All of our designs are carefully inspected and sent to you with adequate packing materials. In the event your package arrives damaged, please open immediately and take photos of the damage and the packaging. Please email the damage claim and photos to lauren@dianejames.com within 5 days of receiving the package. Please keep all boxes and packing materials until your claim is resolved.
