FREE Shipping Options

We offer FREE same-day shipping within the USA from our San Diego location. Typical delivery time for free shipping in the US is only 1-6 business days. Remote/rural areas plus HI and AK may take longer depending on the carrier. You will be shown a delivery time estimate after you enter your shipping address. Carriers sometimes experience unexpected delays, which we can't control, but we ship 99% of orders on the same day they are placed if they meet the pickup deadline. We most often ship using UPS or USPS.

Even Faster Delivery Options

For select locations and for our non-customized product selections, we also offer expedited shipping options for as little as $10 by shipping from our partner warehouses. The fee covers our extra expense for offering this special service. Please refer to the options and pricing displayed for your product selection and specific address during checkout.

Same-Day Shipping

We ship 99% of orders on the same day if they are placed before 2pm Pacific Time (5pm Eastern Time) Mon-Sat.

Qualifying expedited orders can ship out 7 days per week from our partner warehouses, depending on specific product and destination combination.

All other orders placed on Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please check your email spam folder, since sometimes tracking and confirmation emails end up in there.

Shipping Insurance

All of the shipping options that we use include insurance to cover loss or damage during transit , and we will handle the insurance claim and replacement in these qualifying situations. Unfortunately, none of the shipping carriers will cover theft (porch pirates) after the package is delivered and confirmed to be at the correct address via delivery photo and/or GPS tracking evidence. Please plan accordingly when you place your order, since we cannot be responsible for what happens after the delivery is complete. It is best to have a secure delivery location or provide a note for the carrier with placement instructions, request post office hold, etc. Contact us if you want to request signature delivery.

Valid Shipping Address

We can't be held responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address when you place your order. People sometimes have an old address stored in their mobile device or payment profiles when they place an order (Google Wallet, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). We send an order confirmation email immediately after completing your order, and that asks you to verify that your shipping address was entered correctly. After your order ships, it is difficult to redirect packages, and the carriers charge a substantial fee for that service, which would have to be paid by the customer. If the shipment gets delivered to an incorrect address, it is difficult or impossible to recover the package, and insurance will not cover that scenario.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to North America only. For orders outside the USA, please note that you may be charged taxes and import fees, depending on your region. We can provide an estimate of these fees for you upon request, but we do not have any control over the amounts. For Canadian customers, you can look up the tax rate for your province, and UPS also charges a $10 broker fee to manage the import. 365-Day Risk-Free Returns

We stand behind every product we make and are committed to your complete satisfaction. Exclusively for our direct customers : if you are unhappy with your DoubleUP for any reason, you may return it within 365 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product's purchase price. That's how confident we are in our product, and how willing we are to accommodate you if it doesn't happen to suit your specific needs, even a full year later! If you return within 60 days of purchase, then the return shipping is free.* For any purchases made through other websites or sellers, their own return policy will apply (typically only 30 days).

Simply email us at support@DoubleUpRoller.com for return authorization and instructions. We just ask that you include a reason for the return in case we can learn from your experience in order to help you or our other customers.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be credited back to you via the original transaction method.

Returned product and accessories must be received in like-new condition, shipped back in its original box or an equivalent size box .*

Additional Policy Details:

*If the return is shipped in a different (larger/heavier) box from our original packaging, then the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) may apply an excess size/weight surcharge, which can be surprisingly high. Any surcharge will be deducted from the refund and may cause a refund delay, so please try to use the original box or contact us first to avoid any risk of this issue.

If you order multiple products from us, we can only offer free return shipping for one item per household.

On the limited occasions where we run a standard sale, we will only honor the sale price within 10 days before or after the sale starts and ends. Contact us to request a price adjustment if you purchased within that time window. For short-duration holiday sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar), there is no grace period for obtaining the sale price. Any returns or exchanges made in order to try to obtain a sale price will not be eligible for free outbound or inbound shipping, because we have to absorb too much expense in those cases.

Products purchased through any 3rd party (not directly from us) must be returned to that seller, and their own return policy will apply. Please contact that seller for their return policy and procedure.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any suspicious orders at our discretion and for any orders made through unauthorized resellers.
