Processing, Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?We provide free tracked shipping on all orders. Standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Order processing timeOnce your order is placed, it enters the Processing stage, which takes about 24–48 hours before shipment begins. After processing, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner.

Tracking your orderAs soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address you used at checkout. Please ensure you check the same email you used when placing your order, as that’s where all updates will be sent.

Delayed deliveryIf your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can investigate.

If the order is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

If the order is simply delayed, you’ll receive a 10% cashback once your package is successfully delivered, as a token of our appreciation for your patience.

Eligibility for Free Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With all original tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times: Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
