We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise. All items purchased from OmieLife.com can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of when you receive them. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Please fill out this form to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) – returns without an RMA will not be processed.

While we are committed to ensuring your happiness, we are a small business and therefore cannot accept the following returns:

1) Used items

2) Incomplete items (missing or damaged parts)

3) Items without original packaging

4) Items without sales receipt from OmieLife.com

5) Kickstarter rewards

6) Items received by you more than 30 days ago

7) Items purchased at one of our retailers (domestic or international). Please contact the retailer from whom the item was purchased directly with questions or concerns

You will be responsible for shipping returns back to OmieLife. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and a re-stocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please fill out this form within 5 business days so we can file the appropriate claims with our delivery carrier and logistics provider. Adjustments to your order can only be made if you notify us within 5 days.
