Returns from Happy Horse Tack Shop
The Happy Horse understands that getting the perfect fit on a bridle or blanket is sometimes tricky! We have a very accommodating return policy to help with this.
All items returned or exchanged must be in NEW condition with the tags, original packaging and receipt. Any item returned within 7 days of purchase qualifies for a full refund in the original form of payment. Items returned within 30 days of purchase qualify for store credit.
If you are returning an item purchased online, you have 7 days to contact us about the return from the day the item is received. Happy Horse offers FREE returns on eligible items. Please contact Kayla@happyhorsetack.com to arrange for the return. Items returned in new condition, with original packaging will be refunded in full once the items are received by Happy Horse. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
All exchanges must be within 30 days of original purchase. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
