Once your order is placed:

We ship your impression kit within 1–3 business days

After we receive your completed impressions, production begins

Production time typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the piece and current volume.

You’ll receive tracking updates at every stage.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

Estimated delivery:

Impression Kit: 2–5 business days (US)

Finished Grillz: 2–5 business days after production

International shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Promotions such as free shipping may apply during limited-time offers.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

customs fees

import taxes

duties charged by their country

SOLID Grillz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

At SOLID Grillz, all products are custom made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products, including but not limited to:

Custom grillz

Custom dental jewelry

Any item made using customer impressions or specifications

All Sales Are Final

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Your item is made exclusively for you

Custom items cannot be resold

Variations in appearance are normal due to handcrafted production

Fit & Impression Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate and usable impressions following the provided instructions.

If impressions are unusable:

A replacement impression kit may be required

Additional fees may apply

SOLID Grillz is not responsible for fit issues caused by improper impressions.

Defects or Errors

In the rare event that:

We send the wrong item, or

There is a manufacturing defect caused by SOLID Grillz

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

If approved, we will repair or remake the item at our discretion.

Sale or discounted items

Worn or altered products

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may result in:

Permanent restriction from future purchases

Evidence submission to payment processors
