Order processing & item availability

Handling time: We process orders daily, but please allow 2–4 business days for handling before your order ships.

Availability matters: Product pages display an estimated “Usually ships in … days” timeframe. This estimate reflects how quickly an item will be ready to leave our warehouse. Some items ship quickly, while others (especially special-order/custom items) may take longer.

Business days: Processing and delivery estimates are based on business days (carriers do not move shipments the same way on weekends/holidays).

We keep shipping straightforward. Flat rate shipping is offered in the continental United States on all orders. For orders over $99, we offer free 3 to 5 business-day shipping in the continental United States. Orders must be received before 4:00 pm PST to qualify.

Shipping availability, methods, and rates can vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Where available, options and exact pricing will be shown at checkout.

International shipping

International shipping may be available, depending on the destination, and is shown at checkout. If you order internationally, any duties/taxes assessed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.

How shipping costs are calculated

We do not profit from shipping. If you choose expedited delivery, or if your order ships internationally, your shipping cost reflects what we are charged by the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping method and the weight of the items in your order.

Split shipments

If your order contains items with different availability timeframes, it may be shipped in multiple packages. In that case, you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each shipment (when applicable).

Delivery timing and delays

Delivery dates are based on business days and carrier timelines. Weather, carrier volume, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Address issues / undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier location, we can reship it once the carrier shipping cost for the selected method is paid. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

Some shipping services may not be available for PO Boxes or military addresses. Where supported, the available options will be shown at checkout. Expedited services and guaranteed delivery dates may be limited for these address types.

High-value orders and signatures

For your protection, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

When your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information.

If you have not received tracking, email sales@albertonardoni.com and request a tracking number. Please include “Tracking Request” in the subject line.

If you need to return an item or swap it for a different option, here is how Alberto Nardoni handles returns and exchanges.

Return window

Return and exchange requests must be started within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days, we cannot accept the request.

What can you choose

Store credit Store credit is issued for the item price. No restocking fee applies.

Refund to the original payment method Refunds go back to the original payment method for the item price, with a restocking fee deducted when applicable under our restocking fee schedule.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

You can exchange for another size, colour, or style if it is in stock.

Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee.

Items received through an exchange are treated as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Item condition requirements

Items must be returned:

unused and unworn

unaltered

in original packaging with original tags attached

free of stains, damage, pet hair, and strong odours (fragrance, smoke, deodorant)

Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused, sent back to you at your expense, or assessed an additional fee.

How to start

Email us with your order number and tell us whether you want a return or an exchange. We will send a return authorisation number and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.

Ship your package using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and email us the tracking number once it is on the way.

Return shipping

Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate solution.

Processing time

After your return is delivered, please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds typically appear within 2 to 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

wholesale orders

final sale or clearance items marked on the product page

tailored, altered, or custom items

items missing original tags or packaging, or showing wear, damage, or odours

gift card purchases

How exchanges are released

Once we confirm the replacement item, the exchange is released after the original item is scanned by the carrier on its way back, or once it is delivered to our facility. Exchange items are final sale.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will help with a replacement when available, or arrange a return with a prepaid label when appropriate.

Unauthorised or unclaimed returns

If we receive an ineligible return or a package without the required details, we may contact you. If we do not hear back within 30 days, the item may be treated as abandoned and discarded or donated. We cannot issue a replacement, credit, or reimbursement for abandoned returns.

Where to ship

Return address and instructions are provided with your return authorisation. Please do not ship returns to the product manufacturer.
