International Shipping

At this time, we ship to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the amount of packages in route, customs clearance process, or delivery status by the local postal service, etc.

Please note: certain restricted items — power banks, batteries, knives, kerosene heaters, and products containing gas canisters — can currently only be shipped to Taiwan. Oversized items cannot be shipped to China.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WhoWhy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can check the status of your package by logging in your member account or clicking the tracking link that we send you via email.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days (20 business days for packages to the USA) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@whowhylife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund (certain items excluded) .

* Shipping fees and special price items are not included in returns/refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and well packed in its original packaging .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We highly recommend that you have the whole process filmed while opening the package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as pillows, sleeping bags). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@whowhylife.com .
