ORDER PROCESSING

•We ship from our physical store in Vancouver, BC.

•All orders are processed within 12 hours to 24 hours of business days. (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you order by 4 pm on a business day, we are able to ship the same day.

•Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

•If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sale@eminentbeautysystem.com . We will not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

•Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee). However, if you get FREE SHIPPING for your order, due to an incorrect address you provided us, and the order is returned to us, we will calculate and deduct the total amount of the shipping fee we paid for the shipping courier plus any handling fee.

LOCAL DELIVERY

•The minimum order is $19.

•We will collect a $5 delivery fee if the order is less than $99

•We offer FREE SHIPPING for order over $99 if the delivery radius is less than 15km.

LOCAL PICKUP

•You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 5312 Victoria Dr, Vancouver, V5P 3V7. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

•Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday. (we are closed on Friday and Public holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For flat shipping rates:

•ONLY applies for a total weight of the order is from 0.1 kg to 2.99kg (0.22lbs to 6.6lbs).

•Shipping Speed is from 3 to 9 business days.

•Flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 is applied for orders shipping to British Columbia. Free standard ground shipping on orders over $200 (before Tax) is applied only to British Columbians.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These shipping rates are applied for the total weight of the order over 3kg (6.6lbs) except British Columbia gets free shipping if the order is over $200.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays for any reasons occurred.

United States

For flat shipping rates:

•Shipping Speed is from 3 to 9 business days.

•A flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 applies for the total weight of the order from 0.1kg to 2.99kg.

•A flat rate shipping fee of $22.99 applies for the total weight of the order from 3kg to 4.99kg.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These shipping rates are applied for the total weight of the order is over 5kg (11lbs)

Rest of World

For flat shipping rates:

•Shipping Speed is from 3 to 9 business days.

•A flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 applies for a total weight of an order from 0.1kg to 0.99kg.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These shipping rates are applied for the total weight of the order is over 1kg (2.2lbs)

1. Return

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items/goods that are returned after 7-days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at sale@eminentbeautysystem.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or declined. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer, which means r eturn shipping is not refundable and is at the sole cost of the customer. For all orders with either paid shipping or free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the full order amount.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

No returns and exchanges on any kinds of nail polish preparation or any kinds of gel polishes preparation (base coat, top coat, dehydrator, primer, bond-aid) or any kind of nail polish color, or any kind of gel polish color, brushes, or sealed products (gel systems, dip powder systems, acrylic powder, sugar scrub, pedicure tablet, tinting, waxing, paraffin wax) or final sale items/goods, clearance items/goods. We also do not accept returns and exchanges on nail drills (cordless or non-cordless), nail lamps (LED/UV, UV, cordless, or non-cordless), nail dryers, or wax warmer.

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids/ gases (Acrylic Liquids, Acetone, Isopropyl 70% Alcohol, Isopropyl 100% Alcohol, Polish Remover, Polish Thinner), Hygiene products (any disposable products such as Medical Face Masks, Latex Powder Free Gloves, Nitrile Powder Free Gloves, Disposable Pedicure liners, Disposable Toe Separators, Disposable Pedicure Slippers, Pedicure Spa 5-in-1 Kit, Nail Files, Nail Buffers, Pumice Pad, Foot Files).
