Online Orders

Orders are shipped from Canada. Our order processing time takes between 1–2 days (for orders on non-business days or around holidays) Orders that are placed during holidays may be subject to longer wait times. After an item has shipped, delivery depends on the chosen courier. If the order contains an out-of-stock item or a pre-order item is purchased, it will be shipped once it's available or restocked. All orders ship weekdays and are subject to delays and holidays.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices at checkout include the total shipping fee, as well as the total handling fee. This price does not include duties, tariffs or any other import fees.

Same-Day Shipping

Order Before 4:00PM MST Monday To Friday For Same Day Shipping. This does not apply to Canada Post orders, and orders shipping to P.O boxes. During holidays, fulfillment times may take longer than usual.

Signature Delivery

Please note that select orders require signature at delivery. Signature delivery ensures that the order is received by the correct recipient. If you have any questions regarding signature delivery, contact us at Support@DroneDynamics.ca.

Customs/Tariffs & Imports

Please note, all orders ship from Canada. We are not responsible for any import customs, duties, taxes or other fees.

We are temporarily not shipping to the USA due to tariffs.

Unopened Items (Excluding Batteries)

Sealed, unopened, and undamaged items maybe returned in store or shipped back to the store (at the customer's expense) within 30 days of the date of purchase. A receipt must be produced to validate the purchase and process the return. A 25% Restocking fee will be subtracted from the total return amount. The buyer must cover the shipping cost, if applicable. After the item is received, refunds may take up to five business days to process.

Opened Items

Items that have been opened or activated can not be returned unless determined to be defective due to a manufacturer defect (see below.)

Damaged or Defective Items

Within 30 days of purchase, items that do not function due to a manufacturer defect shall be refunded in full or exchanged if deemed to be a manufacturer defect by staff. Please view the process of exchanging/returning a defective item below.

Contact us at Support@DroneDynamics.ca or via the on-site chat with your full name, order number and product issue, attach pictures/videos if possible.

Ship the item(s)

Ship the items to the address provided during our correspondence. Please ensure to provide us with a tracking number and photo of the shipping receipt showing the total cost of returning the item to us.

Product is checked by a technician

After we receive your item we will determine the cause of the issue, in the event it is a manufacturing defect the cost of shipping the item to us will be reimbursed via store credit, or a refund. Additionally, we will cover the return shipping in full if it is a factory defect. In the event, the item is not deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturer defect, the item can be shipped back or repaired at the customer's expense.

NOTE: After an item is confirmed to be defective in-store, a refund will be processed to the payment method on file.

Rechargeable Batteries

Batteries purchased that are determined to be D.O.A (within 14 days of purchase) will be refunded in full. Cell damage caused by improper charging or storage will not be refunded.

Clearance Items

All items marked with clearance are final sale, no returns are accepted.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespect, harassment, or abusive behavior toward our staff or representatives. Any such conduct — whether verbal, written, or otherwise — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all warranty coverage, return eligibility, and ongoing support.
