Instructions provided by the plugin manufacturer

Delivery Timeframe

Instant Delivery: Most products are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation

Manual Fulfillment: Some products may require manual processing by the developer. This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Delivery may take up to 24-48 hours.

Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and the license key has been revealed or download link accessed.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, this right is waived for digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase, you:

Expressly request immediate delivery of digital content

Acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins

Exceptions and Refunds

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: The product is defective or does not work as described, and the issue cannot be resolved

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice

Non-Delivery: The product was not delivered and cannot be re-delivered

Compatibility Issues: The product is fundamentally incompatible despite meeting stated system requirements

Refund Process
