Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@nourgatehome.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Change-of-Mind Returns: If you return an item because you changed your mind — you no longer want it, ordered the wrong option, or it didn't suit your space — a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Reporting Window: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery (please include a photo of the issue). After this window, we may be unable to process a claim with the carrier.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@nourgatehome.com with your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute. If anything is wrong with your order, email us at info@nourgatehome.com first — we resolve the vast majority of issues within 1–2 business days, whether that’s a refund, a replacement, or a delivery problem. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us actually slows the resolution down, because your funds are frozen while the bank reviews the case, which can take up to 90 days.

Proof of delivery. All orders ship with tracking. Tracking that shows your order was delivered to the address entered at checkout serves as confirmation of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Order acknowledgment. By placing an order with Nourgate Home, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Terms of Service — including the estimated delivery timeframes, the reporting windows above, and any fees that apply to change-of-mind returns.

Invalid disputes. Disputes filed on orders that were delivered as described — for example, keeping an item while claiming it never arrived or was “not as described” — are considered invalid. We retain complete records for every order, including proof of delivery, product descriptions, order photos, and all customer correspondence, and we will contest invalid disputes with this documentation.

Non-Returnable Items
