We ship UK-wide using Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Standard Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days

All orders include tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Import Taxes & Customs

Good news — all customs duties and taxes are included in our prices.You’ll never have to pay extra on delivery. We take care of everything for you.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first.If it still appears stuck or missing, contact us at america2uk@outlook.com — we’ll reach out to Royal Mail to investigate.

Please allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations.

Damaged Parcels

We take great care when packing your order, but if it arrives damaged, please email america2uk@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.We’ll file a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you’ve placed a custom order or special request, shipping times may vary depending on when we next travel to the U.S. to collect stock.We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

We want you to love everything you order from America2UK! Please read below to understand how refunds and returns work.

Food & Perishable Items

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or returns on food once it has been dispatched.All expiry dates and packaging are checked before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or spoiled in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Food Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-food item (for example, beauty products, collectibles, or merchandise), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Missing or Lost Parcels

All orders include tracked shipping.If your parcel hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to locate it. Please allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations.

Custom Requests

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable, as these are sourced specifically for you.
