Processing time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. During sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods this may extend by a day or two — we'll always email you if there's a delay.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom & European Union: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal carriers, or events outside of our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to collect it, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).

Our 7-day return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

•Unused and in the same condition you received them

•In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

•Free of damage, scratches, scuffs, stains, or marks of use

Items that cannot be returned

•Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

•Personalised or custom-made items

•Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, or normal wear

•Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used

How to start a return

•Email info@sientle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

•We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.

•Ship the item back, securely packaged, using a trackable service. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund the cost of the item(s) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you want.
