All purchases of $300 and more qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is $8 per label. If your items are coming from both of our storefront locations, you will be charged twice. Same-day shipping and/or next day if we receive the order after business hours.

Business Hours are Monday-Saturday 10-5 Central Time. If we receive your order on Saturday after 12 PM your item will not be shipped until Monday morning. If the item is out of stock we will issue a refund to your original form of payment and you will be notified via email.

Email Updates

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and order updates. It is important that you provide us with your correct email address and phone number in the event we need to contact you with an issue regarding the order.

Lost PackagesIf your package is lost in transit, please email us at blossomboutique@shopblossomboutique.com .

USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package. Once the investigation is complete and if your package cannot be located, we will replace your items if available or we will refund you for the order. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund and you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet the guaranteed shipping time.

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After we have emailed your return label to you, you then have 7 days to ship the item back to us or your return will not be accepted.

Undergarments, sunglasses, jewelry, bags & other accessories are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, no odor, no stains, and in its original packaging.

Shoes must be unworn and sent in their original box and

packaged properly to protect the shoes and their original box.To start a return, you can submit a return request or contact us at blossomboutique@shopblossomboutique.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to send back your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item

so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

We do our best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects, but you may request a return for store credit if approved.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:Certain types of items cannot be returned. J ewelry, shape wear, swim wear, sunglasses, bags, hats and other accessories as well as, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please note, our storefront locations and website share the same inventory. It is possible that while you are purchasing an item online, it is also selling at the same time in store. All oversold items will be refunded to original form of payment.
