DIFF ships all orders from our warehouse in Kentucky and our optical lab in Iowa. Please reach out for further questions about or shipping policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your DIFF Eyewear, you can easily return or exchange them within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving them at our facility.

Prescription and over the counter reading glasses delivered in the last 14 days are eligible for a one-time store credit. Please be sure to check each box (frame, lens, and any upgrade) to receive your full credit.

You will receive an email notification when your refund, store credit, or exchange is processed. Refund amount will be for the cost of the product only. There is a $9.99 return fee which is deducted from your final refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is inspected by our returns team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@diffeyewear.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges fall under the same 14 day policy that applies to returns. Please follow the instructions listed above if you wish to exchange for a different style.

Warranty Issues

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@diffeyewear.com and we will work with you to facilitate a replacement if your product is still within warranty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
