Returns & ExchangesWe accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number. We typically respond within 1-3 business days. Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. All items are fulfilled and shipped from Austin, Texas, USA.

US ReturnsEligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method minus a flat $20 USD return fee, which includes a prepaid shipping label.

International ReturnsEligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use tracked shipping with a reliable courier. Returns must be shipped within the 30 day return window.

ExchangesYour first US size exchange is complimentary. After that, additional US returns or exchanges are subject to a $20 USD fee (includes prepaid shipping label).Need your replacement right away? Place the new order first, then start your return.

•Store credit has no return fee

•Store credit is issued digitally by email

Return ProcessingOnce your return is received, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Final Sale ItemsIf you created a Custom Art panel, it is final sale.

Refund Deductions

•International: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
