•All orders placed through our website will be shipped 3-5 business days after purchase from our stores in Dallas, Texas (Bishop Arts &/or Dallas Farmers Market.

•Depending on the store location of your products, you may be sent 2 separate shipments to complete your order.

•We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

•For most accurate shipping cost estimates please add items to your cart and proceed through checkout to the shipping page. The shipping cost will be calculated by what is being purchased, your shipping location, and level of carrier priority/delivery speed available at the time.

•You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email to follow its journey to you. If you do not receive an email confirmation and/or tracking number please email hello@mosaicmakers.co

•Please note, we are not responsible for packages once they leave the store. Carrier delays, weather conditions, damages, and theft are unfortunately out of our control.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In store purchases can be brought back to the Dallas location within 30 days of the original purchase. To start an online purchase return, you can contact us at hello@mosaicmakers.co . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address noted after contacting us as products may originate from different locations.

If your online return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note your purchase

We do not offer free shipping on returns at this time, but we are pleased to say there is not a restocking fee.

Within the months of November and December, the eligible return window increases to 60 days to allow for the holiday gift season.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. P repare to send the order number, photos, and description so we can facilitate as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that because many of our items are handmade or one of a kind, exact replacement is not always possible but we will work with you to find a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mosaicmakers.co.
