Returns from Diabetic Saver
Due to the nature of medical supplies, returns are subject to strict conditions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be new and unopened
The product must be in original retail packaging
Security seals must remain intact
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (recommended window)
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
