Processing Times

Our goal is to ship orders within 5 –7 business days after payment is received.

If you ever need an order by a specific date (for a gift, ritual, or event), please reach out to curatedbylana0@gmail.com before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All physical orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your area.

Approximate delivery times (after dispatch):🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Preorders & Backorders

Some products (like limited-edition boxes or subscription items) may be listed as preorder or backorder. These will ship as soon as they are available. Estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Double-check your shipping address and delivery area.

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Then contact us at curatedbylana@gmail.com so we can assist further.

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do what we can to help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at curatedbylana0@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email curatedbylana0@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll communicate next steps with you. You can always contact us for any return question at curatedbylana0@gmail.com .

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at curatedbylana0@gmail.com
