Returns from Osgoode Marley
Osgoode Marley accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for exchanges or refunds*. If an item is defective we will refund shipping costs. If you would like an exchange/refund for reasons other than defective merchandise, shipping will not be refunded.
We have a one year guarantee against defects in workmanship & materials. During the first year all covered repairs are free of charge. If a repair cannot be made, a replacement product will be sent. Osgoode Marley maintains a repair facility to service our products and our customer’s needs. We do not repair other manufacturer's items. If there is no longer a replacement product, a credit will be issued.
