Refund Policy ----- RETURNS No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from TechMikeNY and must be returned in unused condition and in the unopened, original packaging - due to the nature of our products, we cannot authorize the return of a product that has been opened and/or removed from its original packaging. Retail, commercial, and government customers must request an RMA within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price. All returns of Equipment TechMikeNY labels “Specialty Equipment” or “Collectible Equipment” will be available at no cost to the buyer through the use of a TechMikeNY-supplied preprinted shipping label.

REFUNDS As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company, as there could be a delay with processing. If you’ve confirmed the issue is not on your end, please contact us at info@techmikeny.com.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, send us an email at info@techmikeny.com before returning it. We will create an RMA and send you a return label to send back the original item. Once we have received the original purchase, we will ship out your replacement. We can cross-ship (ship out a replacement before receiving your original purchase) on a case-by-case basis (not guaranteed); please ask our staff.
