Computers are usually shipped in double-wall boxes to provide excellent crush resistance. We are a fan of bubble wrap - it reduces cost and it is reusable! We encourage customers to keep their original box and bubble wrap during the warranty period just in case.

Items may be returned within 30 days of order creation for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for packaging the item carefully and arranging shipping back to the seller. Items damaged in shipping due to poor packaging may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount, so please be careful to wrap the item at least 1-2 inches on all sides and eliminate empty voids within the box. Please also ship back all accessories included.
