Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Reasons & Seller Fault

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us immediately at nexoltic@gmail.com . Returns due to seller fault, including but not limited to faulty manufacturing or misshipments, will be fully refunded or exchanged at no cost to you.

Return Conditions

•Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

•Products should not be damaged from misuse or improper handling.

•Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.

Damages

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

•Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.

Returns from European Union Customers
