We deliver Australia wide, including metropolitan, regional and many remote areas. International shipping can also be arranged by quote for selected orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express and satchel options are available on eligible parcels under 3kg, subject to destination and carrier availability.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Tweed Heads South warehouse once your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — by quote. Freight, customs duties, taxes and import-related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and payment is by bank deposit only.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

For change of mind returns:

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

•If free shipping was applied, the original freight cost incurred by Mega Office Supplies will be deducted from the refund.

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

•A restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

In these cases:

•Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

•Photographic evidence may be requested to assist with claims.

•Items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

•Bulk, large volume, or specially quoted orders
