OVERVIEWThis Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Aleo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEOrders are processed within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high order volumes, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONSAt this time, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

We do not currently ship to countries outside of these locations. If an order is placed with a shipping address outside of our supported shipping destinations, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

SHIPPING TIMEWe are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, local postal services, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING COSTSShipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXESOrders may be shipped from international fulfillment partners, including fulfillment centers located outside your country.

Depending on your country and local laws, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for any additional charges imposed by your local customs office or government.

TRACKINGOnce your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if tracking is available for your order.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately while the package is in transit.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATIONPlease ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGESIf your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at discoveraleo@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, or if your order cannot be delivered within the applicable timeframe required by law, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include continued delivery, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

DELIVERED PACKAGESOnce an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, local postal services, or the carrier before contacting us.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTSIf you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or carrier requirements.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at discoveraleo@gmail.com. Please contact us before returning any item. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return outside the European Union, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be returned in reasonable condition. Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
