At Evergreen Offroad, our goal is to get you the gear you need quickly, safely, and with clear communication every step of the way. We work with trusted manufacturers and freight partners across the United States and internationally to offer fast, reliable delivery on thousands of off-road and overland products.

Order Processing Times

We do our best to process all new orders same day.Because many items ship directly from our manufacturing partners, shipping times may vary based on brand, inventory availability, and carrier schedules.

If there are any delays or concerns with your order, we will communicate with you promptly.

For bumpers, sliders, skids and other large manufactured vehicle armor products, please contact us for most accurate lead time. Some of these products are made to order and others carry longer than normal processing times due to scheduling freight carriers, warehouse processing times, etc. These items can take 3-5 business days to process, even if they are listed as in stock.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS and USPS due to their reliability and coverage.We also have access to FedEx and DHL, and may use them when appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates for all other items are calculated in real time at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and carrier.

Many products on our site are eligible for free shipping.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment as soon as it becomes available.

Freight Shipments

Oversized items such as bumpers, sliders, roof top tents, bed racks, and tire carriers often ship via freight.

Freight orders may:

Require a scheduled delivery appointment

Require an adult signature upon delivery

Be delivered to the nearest freight terminal to your provided shipping address

If terminal pickup is required, we will communicate with you clearly prior to shipment so you can plan accordingly.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for high-value or oversized deliveries.

Damaged Freight Deliveries

If your freight shipment arrives with visible damage, it is critical for both you and us that proper procedure is followed:

Do NOT sign for the delivery if the damage is severe.Refusing the shipment protects your right to a full replacement through the carrier’s insurance.

If you choose to accept the delivery, you must note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading / delivery receipt before signing.

Take clear photos of:

The damaged area

The packaging

The pallet (if applicable)

Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may affect our ability to file a successful freight claim on your behalf.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-continental regions may incur higher shipping or freight costs.Shopify will typically calculate these automatically at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from our Auburn, WA location is available only for items we physically stock in-house.

If an item must ship from a manufacturer, it will be shipped directly to you—even if you live locally—to save you time and additional freight costs.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you need to update your shipping address, modify your order, or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders begin processing quickly, and we are often unable to make changes after 24–48 hours or once the item has shipped.

Incorrect addresses that lead to lost packages or return-to-sender situations may incur additional fees.

Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items

Evergreen Offroad makes every effort to ensure accurate stocking levels across our website. However, because we pull from multiple manufacturers, occasional stock discrepancies can occur.

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with options:

Switching to an available alternative

Receiving a full refund

Made-to-Order Items & Custom Builds

Some products—such as bumpers, fabricated armor, and specialty components from brands like C4 Fabrication, CBI Offroad, and others—are made to order.

These items may have:

Extended lead times of up to 14 weeks (or more)

Non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees

Made-to-order items begin production shortly after purchase, so cancellations outside of a very short window may not be possible.

Specific terms for these products will be communicated prior to or during the ordering process.

We Stand Behind Our Gear—But Returns Have to Be Fair & We Are Not Amazon.

At Evergreen Offroad, we’re committed to getting you the right gear for your next adventure. We make every effort to make our team available to you if you need to ask questions or get clarification before making your purchase - to make sure your next upgrade will be a perfect fit. If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. If you simply changed your mind or ordered in error, we ask that you respect our policy designed to keep prices fair for everyone.

Standard Return Window

•You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

What’s Eligible for Return?

•Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and include proof of purchase.

•Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@evergreenoffroad.com . Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Please Remember—We’re a Small Business

Every return impacts our ability to keep offering great products and service. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused, and sellable condition. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise not in original condition, we cannot accept the return or offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Returns Due to Our Error or Product Defect

•If your item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping and waive all restocking fees.

•Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there’s an issue.

Returns for Any Other Reason (Vehicle Incompatibility or “Change of Mind”)

•If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to product defect or our error (e.g., found your old gear, changed your mind, ordered the wrong item for your vehicle, etc.):

•A non-negotiable 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping is your responsibility. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

•We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria (e.g., used or damaged items, missing packaging, etc.).

•Made to order vehicle armor (bumpers, sliders, skids, etc) carry a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. This fee is applied to all brands that we carry that provide vehicle armor (ARB 4X4, CBI Offroad, The Cruiser Company, 4x4 Labs, Lil B's, C4 Fabrication, and all others).

Non-Returnable Items

•Custom orders, personalized items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

•For safety reasons, returns are not accepted on perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

How Refunds Work

•Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

•Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

•If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@evergreenoffroad.com .

Exchanges

•Need something different? Please return the original item per the above instructions and place a new order.
