Returns from Engineered Solutions
Returning standard ex stock products can be done by notifying us within 14 days of your purchase that you intend to return the goods to us. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods in the condition in which they were sent to you. We will refund your money less the cost of inspecting, repacking and returning to stock, which has to be done for example in case of transit or on-site damage, and less the cost of the carriage charges for the item to be sent out. The charges will be advised once the return has been confirmed. Repairable damage will be deducted from any refund due to you. Items made to order are non-returnable. If you are in any doubt please contact us and we will be pleased to advise you further. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected.
