U.S Customers

Shipping for U.S. customers is always free unless you request USPS Priority or shipping via a courier. All orders over $7.50 are shipped via USPS First Class and tracking is provided. Orders below $7.50 are shipped via USPS Retail Ground (formerly Standard Post®) and no tracking is provided.

Returns and exchanges in the case of faulty or damaged are accepted and the buyer pays for return shipping.

International Customers

International shipping is a flat rate of $12 up to an order value of $75. International shipping is free on orders over $75.

If you received the wrong product from us, please contact us, and we will get you the correct item as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product(s); exceptions will be made for military personnel on active duty deployments. All returned merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Please complete the merchandise return form and a copy of your receipt when shipping the purchase back to us. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in cost, minus shipping costs. Exchanges for items of equal or greater value will not be subject to additional shipping costs.
