If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them to Prepping Warehouse within 120 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including any packaging.
If you wish to return an item that has been used, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the item is still in good condition.
Any faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
