Refund policy Returns We will accept returns for unwanted products within 45 days from date of purchase, provided the product has not been used. Unwanted products must be returned in new condition, unused, clean and odour free. You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. In the unlikely event that you encounter a manufacturing fault with your product within a year of purchase, we will cover the cost of return shipping and any shipping back to you if an exchange is required. Please consult us before shipping a product back to us (we will not cover expensive methods of return shipping and we can advise which methods of shipping to use). Please always contact us prior to returning a product. Warranty DD Hammocks offer a one year warranty on all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This is for a period of one year from the original date of purchase and covers products used within the parameters of *reasonable use. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the item. *Reasonable use does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper storage or normal wear and tear of the product.
