If you have purchased Goalrilla, Silverback, or Goliath Products from an authorized dealer in the USA and would like to return the item it should be returned where the item was originally purchased and the transaction occurred.
For return of purchases made directly at goalrilla.com for your own private use as a consumer you may return the product within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery. Please contact customer service at goalrilla@customerservice.com to initiate a return.
Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you by email. A refund will be processed by and issued to your original method of payment.
