All base prices include free TNT/courier delivery for mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, riser recliner chairs, and ramps within the UK mainland.

Products are delivered in large, heavy boxes to your front door and may require assembly.If you prefer, we offer an Engineer Delivery Service where your product will be fully assembled, set up, and demonstrated in your home.

Engineer Delivered Products: up to 21 working days

Please note that delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

WarrantyAll new products include a 1-year return-to-base warranty as standard. For £55, you can upgrade to include labour call-out cover, with up to 3 home visits to repair your product at no extra cost.

ReturnsIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us on 01789 298182 or email hello@activemob.co.uk with your order number.The return cost will be deducted from your refund, and the amount varies by product.

We offer a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period so you can inspect your purchase and decide if it’s suitable. Returning your item

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost, unless otherwise agreed.

Products should be complete, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

If dismantling is required, we can arrange collection by a mobility technician for £145, within 14 days of your cancellation.

Please include your returns reference and a copy of your purchase invoice with the reason for return to help us process your refund quickly.

ExclusionsWe’re unable to accept returns for:

Made-to-order items (e.g. electric wheelchairs)

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (e.g. incontinence products, bath lifts)

Refunds

We’ll refund the cost of your returned items within 14 days of receiving them back.

Refunds include the standard delivery cost paid at the time of order (if applicable).

Order cancellations before dispatchIf you cancel after your order has been processed, we may charge any costs incurred in preparing your item for dispatch.
