Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

We provide a tracking number for every order so customers can track their shipment from dispatch to delivery. Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Once the shipping carrier marks a package as Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, our responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for claims involving packages reported as not received, lost after delivery, stolen, misdelivered after delivery, or otherwise missing once the carrier has confirmed successful delivery.

If you experience an issue after your package has been marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you believe your package was stolen, we also recommend filing a report with your local authorities.

If the carrier’s tracking status does not confirm Delivered and your package has not been delivered within 40 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

International Orders (Europe):

Please note that customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid at your local post office or customs office upon delivery.

If your package gets lost in the mail or is not delivered within 40 days of purchase, we will issue a refund.

International Customers (Europe): Please note that customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import fees charged and are determined by the destination country's regulations.

International Europe customers need to pay the tax in Europe upon arrival of their package when picking up the package from the post office.

Many of our international customers are now our repeating customers report having good experience with meetmescent.com with their orders arriving safely and on time.

Returns are not accepted for international orders.

All issues, including missing or damaged items, must be reported within 2 days of confirmed delivery. Claims made after this period will not qualify for replacement or refund.

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, MeetMeScent is no longer responsible for claims of non-delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or investigate the issue.
