Where do we ship from?All of our items are shipped from our storefront in Azle, TX.

Where do we ship? As of 2024 we are only shipping to the Continental USA.

All orders over $100 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. If you are needing an order expedited, please email us at customerservice@flourishinfrills.com and we can invoice for expedited shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped (if you do not receive please check your spam folder).

Standard ShippingStandard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays). All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping price is $8.95 if the order is under $100. It is free for orders over $100.

Local PickupIf you select local pick up at checkout you are welcome to pick up from our storefront in Azle, TX Tuesdays-Friday 10-6pm, Saturdays from 10-4pm. Please note, it takes 2-4 business days to prepare pick up orders and you cannot pick up until you receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up. We ask that you bring your order confirmation when picking up. We will not offer local pick up on federal holidays, as our business is closed. You must pick up your order within 2 weeks of when you receive a confirmation email that it has been fulfilled. If your order is not picked up within 10 days after you receive the pick up email please note we will reach out and have the right to cancel your order and give you store credit if it is not picked up within 30 days.

Please read the below as our return policy has changed and keep in mind we are a small business who strives to bring you weekly new arrivals.

We have a 10-day return for store credit policy. Which means you have 10 days from the day your order was delivered to return to us FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 10 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. To start a return, you can contact us at crushboutique142@gmail.com with your order number and why you are returning. Please note, we do not provide comped return labels. From there you will be provided with instructions on how to return.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email with your store credit after the return has been processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at crushboutique142@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on the same item in a different size. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and are processed the same way a return is processed. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, we ask that you place your new order on our website to ensure it does not sell out. After you send back your original item you are exchanging we will then process your return and initiate you store credit via email.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards + the below items cannot be returned for store credit.

•Shows evidence of wear

•Was damaged after you trie don the item

•Has been washed

•Does not have a CRush Boutique tag

•Was purchased with a store credit (partially or full)

•Is an intimate bralette or bodysuit

•Is a sale item

•All sale items are final sale

•Any items purchased at 25% off are final sale

•Seasonal promotions/sales are final sale no matter for the discount

•Holiday/seasonal items are non-returnable

•Jewelry and accessories are non-returnable.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED.

After your order has a tracking number and has been scanned in via UPS or USPS it is no longer under our control. If an order is lost, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
