Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders placed on ombotanical.com ship via UPS or USPS. At this time we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories, and Canada.

Domestic Rates

•Orders under 3lbs: $6.90

•Orders between 3-5lbs: $ 12.90

•Orders over 5lbs: $19.90

•Orders over $75: free shipping

International rates are calculated based on shipping address and weight. Customers can choose rates between UPS, USPS, and DHL at checkout.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O boxes.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days. UPS and USPS business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping time applies to transit time, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow additional transit time for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and Canada.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

If you want to cancel your recently placed order, please visit the “Order” tab within your account. If you do not have an account, you may contact us at skin@ombotanical.com . Please note that the order cancellation option will only be available for eligible orders shortly after being placed. We strive to process orders promptly, so cancellations and modifications are time-sensitive and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified at this time.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at skin@ombotanical.com .

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. USPS and UPS provide proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website.

If the package is not found, notify us within 3 days of the scanned delivery date at skin@ombotanical.com . We will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-4 business days.

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to our customer service team at skin@ombotanical.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return or exchange. Please include the order number and name(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. In case of damage during shipment, please attach a picture of the damaged item.

After confirmation of your return or exchange we may ask you to send the product back. If you are returning a set, all items from the set must be returned. We cannot refund partial sets and empty containers will not be accepted for returns.* We currently do not pay for return shipping.

For items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a refund for the full item price and sales tax. Please note that any original shipping fees will not be included in the refund amount.

You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

*Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of OM Botanical.

Late or missing refunds : If you haven’t received your refund after 5 days, please first contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 days since the return confirmation email please contact us at skin@ombotanical.com .
