During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Ground Advantage

•Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days after shipment.

Priority Mail

•Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Ulyana Organics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International deliveries may take up to four weeks or longer depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by their country. If an international shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Expedited Processing

For customers needing their order sooner, expedited processing is available for eligible domestic orders.

Orders placed with expedited processing are prioritized and typically ship within one business day , excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that expedited processing speeds up order fulfillment only and does not guarantee carrier delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders (7-Day Policy)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives with damaged, leaking, broken, missing, or incorrect items, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

To submit a claim, please email:

•Your order number.

•Clear photographs of the affected product(s).

•Clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, and all packaging materials.

•Any additional information requested by our team.

Claims submitted without the required documentation cannot be processed.

Claims reported more than seven (7) calendar days after delivery are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Approved claims will be resolved at Ulyana Organics’ sole discretion through replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

8. Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Ulyana Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly if they believe a delivered package is missing.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered may legally be imported into their location. If we are unable to ship an item due to legal restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item(s).

11. Heat Sensitivity of Natural Products

Our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients and do not contain the synthetic stabilizers commonly found in conventional skincare. As a result, the consistency of products containing tallow, beeswax, and botanical oils may naturally change when exposed to high temperatures.

During warmer months, products may soften, partially melt, or become liquid while in transit. This does not affect the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the product. In most cases, simply allowing the product to return to room temperature or placing it in the refrigerator for a short period will restore its consistency.

To help preserve product quality, customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery. Packages should not be left for extended periods in direct sunlight, hot mailboxes, porches, vehicles, or other high-temperature environments.

While Ulyana Organics takes every reasonable precaution to package products for safe transit, we cannot guarantee product consistency after delivery if packages are left unattended or exposed to excessive heat.

We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and arranging for prompt retrieval of your package, particularly during periods of warm weather.

Failure to report shipping-related issues within the required seven (7) calendar day period constitutes a waiver of any claim for shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Ulyana Organics reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will govern that order.

If you use the product consistently as directed for 90 consecutive days and are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within the 90-day guarantee period to discuss your eligibility under our satisfaction guarantee.

This guarantee applies only to the performance of the Tallow Wild Yam Cream when used as directed.

It does not apply to:

•Shipping damage or leaking products.

•Lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

•Missing or incorrect items.

•Products damaged after delivery.

•Orders reported outside our 7-Day Shipping Damage & Order Issues Policy.
