Returns from Yard Pride
At Yard Pride Custom Cornhole, every product is custom manufactured specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production begins.
Custom Products
Custom cornhole boards, personalized bags, and other made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless:
The item arrives damaged during shipping.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
You received the wrong item.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged product
We’ll repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 30 days of delivery . We may request photos before determining the appropriate resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because materials have already been allocated to your custom order.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
