The following are terms & conditions regarding the handling of returns and warranty coverage for products purchased from us. Because we want to provide you with the best value and still have low prices on all of our products, we have the following policies:

Merchandise Return:

If you are making a return, please phone (we will not accept faxes or e-mails) with complete details and reason for the return. After being approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and will also be issued a return address. After receiving the RA number, ship the package to Casinokart in the original package and in the original condition. The customer is responsible for original and return-shipping costs, unless the item delivered to the customer is damaged. If the item shipped free, however, the customer will be charged for original shipping costs for any of those items that are returned.Any return or exchange must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative, by phone only, within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without an RA number and authorization by the Casinokart’s sales person. The product(s) will not be accepted for return if the product has been used. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. Please Note: There are NO returns on special order items.

Shipping Damages for Items arriving via Freight Delivery:

The products must be shipped back to us in new, re-saleable condition, and in the original packaging. If you have painted or altered the parts in any way, they will not be accepted or credited. We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products and all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as “damaged” upon delivery, or it is not going to be eligible for exchange. Because some products may be damaged during transit, it is advised that you inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all of the packages have been inspected and pass that inspection. If your package has been damaged, sign the delivery slip “damaged” and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Keep all the boxes and other packaging materials as they may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Please call Casinokart within 48 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the damage claim being denied.

Damaged Shipments:

If your shipped order shows up with obvious damage, you can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the item(s) to Casinokart. Upon receiving the damaged order, Casinokart will ship a replacement order at no cost to you.

Guarantee:

Casinokart has a 14-day guarantee that covers every retail item we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 14-days of receipt. After the 14-day period, contact Casinokart to get warranty contract information about additional manufacturer coverage. Refused Shipments If you refuse delivery of your item, you will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (35% on special orders). Before any future orders will be shipped to you, these charges must be paid in full.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, be sure to Mail us at Business@casinokart.com or Call us at +1 (917) 765-8300 . Do not cancel orders by e-mail or voicemail, it will not be processed. If your order is cancelled before shipping, but after the credit card has been charged, there will be a 10% order-processing fee assessed. Cancelling your order before your credit card is charged will not result in this fee. Please refer to the Merchandise Return above before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items cannot be cancelled.

Order Error:

If merchandise ordered has not been received, please e-mail or phone with the complete details. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue in the most appropriate manner.

Pricing:

The pricing and items in stock are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, Casinokart reserves the right to cancel or refuse the item within the order, or the entire order. If this happens, the customer will be credited the cancelled amount.

Partial Shipments:

Because we want to give you the best service available and to make shipping faster, Poker Stuff India reserves the right to divide the orders into separate shipments based on the availability of products. The customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the order is split into separate shipments.

Return Policy:

Casinokart USA would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.

We will honor exchanges and refunds on all Casinokart USA Tables products up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for custom tables (Custom Graphic, Template Design, Exotic Vinyl, Etc.) In the event your poker or game table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us Business@casinokart.com .

Price Adjustment Policy:

You may request a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of purchase. This excludes items that have been purchased on clearance, closeout, and third-party retailers, including exclusive Casinokart USA dealers. If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. No coupon codes or sales promotions may be combined at any time.

Warranty:

All Casinokart Tables are covered under our 1 Yr. Warranty for manufacturing defects.

Measure carefully before placing an order with us. Make sure you have enough room to put your awesome new poker table in. We have placed the dimensions of the poker tables on our site so that you can measure and make an informed decision when buying. Shipments refused due to being too big are considered a change of mind and we will treat it as a return.

How to file a claim:

All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to Business@casinokart.com . Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply to confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.

Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.

Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of Casinokart USA Tables, it is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and game table.
