Thank you for shopping with Occult Print Shop. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.

Order Processing

Many of our products are custom-made or produced to order. Please allow time for artwork preparation, production, quality checks and packaging before dispatch.

Standard production time: 1–3 business days

Peak periods: Processing times may increase during holidays, sales periods or major launches

Custom or bulk orders: Larger or specialist jobs may require additional production time

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using carriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD depending on parcel size, service level and destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, weather events or peak seasonal demand are outside our control.

International Orders

We ship internationally where available.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or local handling fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination and selected delivery method.

Promotional shipping offers, discounts or free delivery thresholds may be available periodically.

Packaging

Orders are packaged carefully to help protect products during transit. Where practical, we aim to use recyclable or lower-waste packaging materials.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us before opening a claim with the courier.

UK orders: Contact us after 15 business days from dispatch

International orders: Contact us after 30 business days from dispatch

For damaged deliveries, customers must provide clear photographs of:

•The external packaging

•The shipping label

•The damaged item(s)

Damage claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Occult Print Shop is not responsible for:

•Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

•Incorrect delivery details entered at checkout

•Failed deliveries caused by inaccessible addresses or missed delivery attempts

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@occultprintshop.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@occultprintshop.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@occultprintshop.com.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items All prints, cards, and personalised products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Digital Products Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Order Cancellations As orders enter production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After this point, we are unable to cancel or amend your order.
