•Deliveries are free on all orders above €99 to mainland Spain and Portugal (excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores and Corsica). Orders for mainland Spain and Portugal below €99 will incur a fixed shipping charge from €7 for Spain and Portugal, and from 9€ for France.

•For all other destinations apart from mainland Spain and Portugal, notification of the shipping charges will be given at the time of placing the order and prior to the order being confirmed. The shipping charges do not include in any case tariffs, taxes in the country of delivery or customs procedures, which will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Times

•For mainland Spain, Portugal and France, orders will be delivered in an approximate timeframe of 24/72h from the time the order is logged on our system.

•For Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, orders will be delivered in an approximate timeframe of 4 days from the time the order is logged on our system.

•For all other destinations apart, the delivery time is approximately 10 days.

•Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

•When special marketing initiatives are being run (campaigns involving discounts and events) or in holiday periods, delivery times may be greater than those indicated.

•In the event of a product being unavailable, we will contact the customer with notification of the expected date for receiving the order.

In the event of not wishing to keep a product, you have 30 calendar days to return it, counting from the day you receive it.

A return fee of €20 applies to Germany, The Netherlands, and Austria, and €10 for all other countries. This amount will be deducted from the total refund for each return request.

All you have to do is enter our return portal and follow the instructions. Send us the items in their original packaging or in one that meets similar quality conditions. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or washed. The product must include all original accessories, such as the tote bag, anti-slip pad, or other items. If the order includes a placemat, it does not need to be returned.

Terms

•The product must be in the original packaging in which it arrived or in packaging of similar characteristics.

•If there are various products to return, all the items should be grouped into a single package to facilitate the return.

•Once the products have been received and examined in our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 days. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase (Credit Card, Paypal...). In accordance with our return policy, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs which will be deducted from the amount paid (aprox. 19€ for a rug in the EU).

•If you have paid for shipping cost with your order, they will not be refunded.

•The product will be deemed to have been returned in perfect condition if, as well as being free of blemishes, it possesses the various labels showing the product details and quality/care information. In the event of not fulfilling one of these requirements it will not be possible to accept the return.
