We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

Order Tracking: Once your package has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real time.

Signature Confirmation: Due to the high value of fine gold and custom jewelry pieces, orders over $500 require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Gold Time Jewelry ensures all shipments are packed securely. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

7. International Shipping

International delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks. Buyer is responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes. International orders are final sale.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on grillz, custom jewelry, or engraved items.

Non-Custom Jewelry:

Some non-custom, non-engraved items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only if returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with prior approval. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. All claims are reviewed by Gold Time. If confirmed faulty, obligations will be met under applicable laws.
