We offer Free Standard Shipping on UK orders over £50, Europe orders over £120, international orders over £200. We occasionally offer time-limited Free Shipping offers, which are advertised via our Mailing List .

Order by 1pm for same-day shipping

Orders received by 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be sent the same day. If you would like to receive something urgently, please select ‘Next Day’ shipping. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritise it. At extraordinarily busy times, we may experience shipping delay and we will contact affected customers as soon as possible to keep them updated.

Next Day: Tracked DPD Courier (delivered next day)

Express - Royal Mail 24 Tracked (usually delivered next day)

Standard: Royal Mail 48 (delivered in 1-2 working days)

International Shipping Options

International orders are sent via ‘Courier' (DHL or a similar service), or 'Royal Mail Tracked & Signed’ which passes to the local postage service in your home country for the last stage of delivery. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you are concerned about the reliability of the postal service in your home country, we recommend selecting a 'Courier' service.

Duties on International Orders

All prices listed on our website include VAT (UK tax) if you're viewing our website within the UK). If you're viewing our website & placing an order from outside the UK, the prices displayed are excluding tax, however you may incur import charges / taxed charged by your local tax authority within your country of residence. If you have any questions regarding this, please get in touch before placing your order.

Save with a bundle

Our notebooks and diaries weigh around 300g but our shipping partners charge the same price for any parcel 'upto 1kg.' So we created our Notebook Bundles to make the most efficient use of postage and packaging — saving you money, as well as saving on unnecessary carbon miles and postage packaging. So if you'd like to be greener, and you'd like to save a few pounds on shipping, choose a bundle.

Delays & damage

We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries. Once your parcel passes into the hands of Royal Mail or DPD, it is subject to their delivery terms which are available here for Royal Mail and here for DPD . We find these services very reliable, but in the rare event that a parcels gets delayed (or even more rarely lost) please get in touch and we will look to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

On the rare occasion that something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send details and photos so that we cna ruse the issue with our delivery partners and seek compensation. Our team will liaise with you to arrange for replacement items to be delivered to you.

Pre-orders

We offer a special pre-order price on new products that are in production at our factory. Pre-orders are shipped once the items arrive with us, and we aim to send regular updates about timings. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been sent.

If you order other items with your pre-order, then we will wait and send everything together, in order to make efficient use of postage and packaging. If you would prefer to receive your other items sooner, please place two separate orders, or contact us to settle the additional shipping charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused, in a condition suitable for resale and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation number or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us first via email . Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can put this right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you'd like to make an exchange, please get in touch with your order number and the item you'd like to receive as a replacement. Once we receive the original items back in a suitable condition, we will send out your exchange item(s).

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
