Refunds

Custom preservation orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for an 85% refund. The remaining 15% is a non-refundable processing fee.

After the 24-hour window has passed, custom preservation orders are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns

Personalized and custom items are made to order and sold on an as-is basis. They cannot be returned.

Rescheduling

Flower arrival dates may be rescheduled at any time. Your order payment may be applied as a credit toward any new date within one year of your originally scheduled date. Please note that because our pricing changes over time, additional fees may apply if you reschedule to a date with different pricing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Bouquets

Blossom & Rhyme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bouquets, and is not liable for anything that happens to the flowers during your event or in transit. Because we purchase all necessary supplies ahead of time for each order, we do not offer full refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged bouquets.

If your bouquet is lost or damaged, you have the following options:

Lost in shipping. For bouquets lost in the mail only, we offer a 50% refund with proof of loss. A carrier-confirmed lost or undelivered status tied to your tracking number is required to submit a refund request.

Send a replica through your original florist. You may have your florist recreate the bouquet and overnight it to us or drop it off at our studio. To save on overnight fees, you may also dry the flowers yourself using our drying instructions and send them to us at a later time.

Order a replica from our stock flowers. If we have all of the necessary dried flowers in stock, we can recreate your bouquet using Blossom & Rhyme's inventory.

Preserve your damaged bouquet as-is. It is normal for some flowers to brown slightly in the mail, and we can usually still preserve flowers that have bruised or browned (with the understanding that this will show in the final product). However, we cannot dry or preserve flowers with excessive browning, mold, mildew, or rot up to our standards. We also offer a color correction service for $100, which hides most, if not all, bruising.

Disputed & Fraudulent Claims

Blossom & Rhyme takes accuracy and honesty seriously. Any claim, chargeback, or dispute found to be false, inaccurate, or made in bad faith will be contested with the appropriate documentation, including order records, communications, tracking information, and photographs. By placing an order, you agree that refund and damage claims will be reviewed against our records, and that fraudulent or misrepresented claims may be disputed in full.
