1. Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.> Note: Since your products feature custom laser engraving, ensure this timeframe accounts for production time.> 2. Domestic Shipping Rates and EstimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days * Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days * Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders with 3+ items.3. International ShippingWe offer international shipping. * Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. * Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bin Bros is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.4. Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)We proudly ship to military addresses. Please ensure the formatting is correct at checkout to avoid delays. Please note that transit times to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping.5. How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The Company maintains a strict no-return policy for custom goods except in cases of documented physical damage or manufacturing defects present upon delivery. A request for a replacement or refund based on physical damage must be submitted to the Company’s support department within forty-eight (48) hours of the recorded delivery time. Such requests must be accompanied by comprehensive photographic evidence detailing the damage to the tin. The Company shall not be held liable for returns or refunds requested due to customer error, including but not limited to typographical errors in the provided design, change of preference, or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome of a custom engraving.

The determination of whether an item is eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit remains at the sole and absolute discretion of Bin Bros. The Company reserves the right to deny any request for a return that does not meet the strict criteria of physical damage. In any instance where a return is exceptionally authorized for a non-defective item, the customer shall bear all responsibility for return shipping costs and logistics, and original shipping fees will remain non-refundable. This policy is subject to change without notice and serves as a binding agreement between the Company and the purchaser.

At BinBros Co., we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of BinBros LLC. If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for review, items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. While we do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we generally do not accept returns on engraved or customized products unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
