Cancelled Orders are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee that is charged by our payment processor and is non-refundable. Any order processed and later cancelled will incur this cost.

Returns Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping charges.

Bags Our bags are manufactured by vendors and not by Dirty Bags Cornhole. In the event that your bags have a defect, we will help work with you and the vendor to get a replacement bag sent to you.

Custom Bags: Once a mockup of your custom bags have been created, reviewed by you, and approved for print, they cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the nature of being one of a kind custom prints.
