Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer two different shipping options at checkout depending on the size of your order and how quickly you would like your order to be received once you have completed checkout.

Standard Shipping (4-6 Days) is our economical option ($5.00). You can expect to receive your order within this advertised timeframe. This is our most common shipping option as the packages typically take at most 6 days from the day of the order to the package being delivered to your door. (Please note that this option may not be available for larger team or club orders)

Expedite My Order (1-3 Days) is our quickest delivery option ($10.00). For customers who need their package soonest, we will prioritize printing your order and shipping it out the day we receive your order or the next day latest with an upgraded shipping label to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Wholesale Orders For orders of 200 units+ we are unable to offer the same shipping options above as it will extra time on our end to have such an order produced.

Standard Wholesale Orders are offered with Free Shipping, however will take 2-4 weeks for fulfillment.

Expedited Wholesale Orders are offered at checkout for $50.00 as we will prioritize your order to have it produced as quickly as possible along with an upgraded shipping label to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

International Shipping Rates

International Shipping Charges and Delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@soccerbandits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
