We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of placement, however, due to the high demand for our products & quality control procedures this can sometimes take up to 7 business days.

The shipping method varies as to which is fastest to your location. 5 - 15 business days shipping time to USA/UK/CANADA/AUS/EU and 5 - 21 business days for the rest of the world. We will provide a tracking number when your items have been shipped out. Please note that except for the EU, we are not responsible for any duties or import taxes that you might incur from importing our products into another country.

Delayed Delivery:

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs or any unexpected delays that may occur en route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

Unclaimed Orders:

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the shipping address as your order might have already been processed.

We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

Customs/Duty Fees:

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

Order Modifications We understand that you may need to make adjustments to your order after it has been placed. Order modifications — including updates to the selected product, delivery address, or other order details — may be requested before the order has shipped , provided the change does not involve a refund . If you would like to change the product in your order, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value . Any difference in price for a higher-value item will be charged accordingly. Be sure to get in touch with us at hello@obsyss.com as soon as possible to request an order modification. Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

•Engraved or personalized watches where the engraving matches the confirmed order

•Items returned outside the 30-day window

•Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by manufacturing

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@obsyss.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a return tracking number. Failure to provide the tracking number may result in the denial of a refund. You will only be charged for return shipping costs (non-refundable); additionally, please be aware that 25% restocking fee will be applied to your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
