Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Faulty or Damaged goods

We sincerely apologise if you have received your item and it is faulty or has been damaged in transit. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@naturalistic.co.uk and we will advise you of how to return your item to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at sales@naturalistic.co.uk and we will advise you of how to return your item to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable delivery method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I haven’t received my order

We apologise if you have not received your item. We want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you have not received your items within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@naturalistic.co.uk.

Shipping

Can I change my delivery address?

Your delivery address can be changed by logging in to your account and change as desired. If you have already placed an order with us and need to change the address for delivery, please do this within 24 hours of placing the order. If an item is returned to us due to being sent to an incorrect address or customs charges not being paid, we will advise you of this and provide the option to send to the correct address with postage needing to be paid for again or a refund for the cost of the products. The postage will be non- refundable. There will also be charges added by the courier for the return of the parcel to us, which you will be liable to pay.

How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you have selected tracked shipping the tracking number will be in that email.

What are the delivery times?

We offer standard shipping for all deliveries in the UK from £3.29. This takes 3- 5 business days.

We also offer express delivery for deliveries in the UK from £4.29 which takes 1-2 business days.

We also ship to Europe. The cost and time varies from country to country but will be confirmed at checkout. Duty and taxes may apply.
