At DirtyDanPB, we work hard to get your gear out fast and packed correctly. Every order is handled by real people in our Florida shop.

📦 Order Processing Time

•Most orders ship same or next business day

•Orders placed before 11:30 AM EST are typically processed the same day

•Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following business day

•Orders do not ship on Sundays or major holidays

During large events or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll communicate clearly.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via USPS, with additional options available at checkout.

•Markers, tanks, and loaders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days)

•Smaller items may ship via USPS First Class Mail

•Expedited shipping options are available during checkout

•Carrier delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed automatically.

💸 Free Shipping

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100

•Free shipping applies to standard shipping only

•Expedited shipping options are not included in free shipping promotions

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

•Available options and rates will appear at checkout

•Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges

•Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

•International orders may experience delays due to customs processing

DirtyDanPB is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

•Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment

•Address changes must be requested before the order ships

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

•If tracking shows an order as Delivered, DirtyDanPB is not responsible for loss or theft

•If tracking shows the package was not delivered, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps

•Shipping insurance is available upon request — contact us before placing your order

Carrier delays are outside our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🏪 In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered at checkout:

•You will be notified when your order is ready

•Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup

•Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled or restocked

DirtyDanPB Exchange PolicyEffective: January 05, 2026

At DirtyDanPB, we aim to be fair, transparent, and straightforward. Every marker and piece of gear is inspected, tested, and documented before it leaves our shop. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

🔁 Exchanges Only — No Refunds

DirtyDanPB does not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged under the conditions outlined below.

⏱️ Exchange Window — 7 Days

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the package being marked Delivered by the carrier.

To be eligible for an exchange:

•Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

•Proof of purchase is required

•Exchange must be pre-approved via email

One exchange per item is allowed

•Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Returns sent without prior approval will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

•Brand new products

•Used items that show signs of use or modification

•Pre-orders (all pre-order sales are final)

•Clearance or discounted items

•Gift cards

•Items worked on or modified by another shop without written approval

❌ Order Cancellations & Return-to-Sender

•Orders canceled before shipping or returned to sender may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee

•Shipping costs are non-refundable

•Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

If an item arrives with an issue, contact us before attempting any repairs or modifications.

•Offer an exchange when appropriate

Taking an item to another tech or shop without contacting us first may void exchange eligibility.

•If tracking shows the package was not delivered, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine next steps
